TAO KUNG FU

TAO KUNG FU consists of four main forms: Kung Fu ( self- defense ), Escrima ( stick and weapons ), Tai Chi Chuan ( shadow boxing) and Qi Gong ( Asian health gymnastics ).
 
Kung Fu is a highly effective form of self- defense, which enables women and men of all ages do defend themselves. Logic, speed and effectiveness are the strength of this system. Pupils learn to protect themselves under realistic conditions.
 
Escrima is self- defense with weapons. Pupils learn how to use/ handle sticks and short knives. The learned techniques can be transferred to any weapons at hand / available to defend oneself ( belts, newspapers, jackets and so on ).
 
Tai Chi Chuan effects our whole state of health - physically and mentally positively. The system of exercises orientates towards the philosophy of regarding human beings in their entirety.The exercises follow the principle of giving in/ way. Slow and relaxed movements combine different techniques of self- defense to harmonically flowing forms.
 
Qi Gong are simple movements and breathing exercises which activate the energy sources in our body and clean our energy channels. People practicing Qi Gong show an improved charisma, intellectual efficiency ( productivity ) and state of health in general.
 
Training for children and youth can be attended from four to fourteen years. Since there is no special physical strength required, Tao Kung Fu is the ideal way to improve self -confidence and learn self- defense.
